To support our consumers, qxliving offers universal free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required across our entire United States service area.
- Customs & Import Duties Policy: Because our administrative operations are managed globally by our parent company 广州市齐迅贸易有限公司 (Guangzhou Qixun Trading Co., Ltd.), all products are cleared through customs on behalf of the customer. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are 100% borne and paid by qxliving. Customers will face no hidden fees or additional COD (Cash on Delivery) charges upon arrival.
Geographical Boundaries & Delivery Restrictions
We maintain a strict geographical focus to support fulfillment tracking integrity. Shipping services are exclusive to valid physical delivery addresses located within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not coordinate, support, or authorize delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international jurisdictions outside the lower 48 states at this time.

Pursuant to domestic merchant compliance frameworks, final transactional delivery validation remains anchored exclusively to official carrier data logs provided by our designated domestic logistics networks. Carrier-logged delivery verification constitutes contractual fulfillment of our service obligations.
2. 30-Day Return & Refund Protocols

If your purchase does not align with your daily personal care expectations, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return window starting from the documented date of carrier package delivery.
Return Process: Step-by-Step Actions Required
To successfully return an item and claim a full refund, consumers must complete the following structured actions:

- Dispatch the Freight: Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Please note: We do not accept unauthorized return freight sent directly to our administrative office or warehouse without an issued RMA token.

- Restocking & Processing Fees: Zero ($0.00). We enforce a strict zero restocking fee policy on all authorized returned items that satisfy basic structural validation criteria.
Financial Timelines & Refund Processing
Approved refunds are executed systematically under standard financial processing timelines. Approved refund balances will be issued to the original method of payment within a standard processing window of 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account statements. We do not authorize alternative refund routing destinations to manage and mitigate financial processing risks.
